CATALYST has two components; One is a communication center, and the other, a creative component designed to activate communication. Kind of like being involved in the conversation with a charismatic personality. The conversation is interesting, fun, and engaging. SYNERGY is not only the sticky behind Catalyst, it’s what begins the chain reaction.
The creation of labor and management divisions within an organization, while fine for getting work done, can also result in compartmentalization and subduction of important that could significantly contribute to the overall potential and significance of the organization. CATALYST maintains the organizational divisions while lowering communcation and relational barriers.
